Oxford- The land of bicycles and shrunken heads
So here we are, six months down and six to go! We can hardly believe it has been this long already! During the Christmas break (holy hell, that was 3 months ago already!) we donned our caps and gowns and headed for a day trip to Oxford. It was a bit of a miserable day, but Oxford still delighted. It seemed every time we turned a corner, there was a plaque telling us of some ancient scholar who invented the microscope or some such achievement!
We came over all scholarly while there and made a visit to the excellent Natural History Museum. They had an amazing collection of skeletons and rocks.
Anyway here is the evidence:

In another massive room, that we almost missed, was an enormous collection of STUFF! Including a heap of shrunken heads.
